What are you going to do?
In this new and versatile role you are the linchpin between product, stock and suppliers , and you ensure that everything runs smoothly. From the purchasing process to making strategic choices about our collection .
Purchasing & inventory management- Responsible for the entire purchasing process: from planning to negotiation and communication
- Optimal inventory management
- Analyzing sales data to maximize revenue
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our (international) suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, delivery times and conditions.
- SUITE702 is a sustainable GOTS certified company. This requires extra care in the purchasing process and administration
- Improve processes and proactively manage risks in the supply chain.
- Maintaining an overview and anticipating the entire supply chain and managing the various steps within it.
- Identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement based on data.
- Bringing structure to purchasing processes and workflows.
Who are you?
You are analytical, structured and have a keen eye for detail and design. You combine commercial flair with a sustainable mindset.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing and/or merchandising.
- Demonstrable negotiation and communication skills in Dutch and English .
- Affinity with sustainable, design-driven brands.
- A proactive attitude: you work independently, see opportunities and seize them immediately.
- Well-developed analytical skills.
